Domestic Shipping

  • Standard (5-8 Business Days)
  • Free Shipping with orders over $150*.  Does not included oversize or  LTL Frieght items.

Shipping Exclusions

  • Custom made products require additional manufacturing time of 7 - 10 Business Days.
  • Out-of-stock items will require additional shipping times.
  • Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer.
  • We only ship to the lower 48 states and Alaska.  Alaska shipping required a Carlisle MyConnect account.  (https://www.carlile.biz/ship-to-alaska/)

Shipping Notices and Receipts

Most TRUCKED UP deliveries do not require a signature.  However, based on safety, the carrier may impose a signature requirement in certain situations. Freight deliveries may also require a signature.  Anyone signing must be over 18 years old.

Items Not Recieved or Missing Items

We hope is never happens! But, if it does please give us a call right away.  In most cases it is a simple routing or addressing error and can be resolved in a couple days at most. TRUCKED UP is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Damaged Items

TRUCKED UP takes great care in packaging your orders.  However, in the case something arrives damaged please do the following:

  • Call us right away but within 72 hours at most.
  • Please carefully photograph all damage to the packaging and the product.
  • Do not dispose of packaging material.  This may be needed to file a cliam with the carrier.
  • Your TRUCKED UP customer experience rep will instruct you how to re-package and return the damaged products.
  • IMPORTANT:  If a freight delivery comes damaged please kindly refuse delivery and DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING.  Call us immediately and we will work things out with the carrier.
