Return Policy

We are here to help you turn your truck into a legend and your dreams into reality!

Whether you received a damaged part or the wrong part we're here to make it right! We have a 30-day free return policy. Some exlusions apply but in most cases we can get you a refund or replacement and get you on your way.

  • Wrong part? Non-defective parts should not be installed and returned in their original packaging and unused.
  • Return Authorization (RA) numbers are valid for 30-days from the date that they were issued.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for special order or custom made pieces unless they have manufacturer defects.

Items Not Returnable

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Special order, custom made, or custom painted pieces unless they have manufacturer defects or we sent you the incorrect item.
  • Items that have been installed, modified, drilled, cut, or altered in any way.
  • Parts with obvious wear and tear.
  • Products outside the manufacturers printed warranty period.
  • Items specifically marked, tagged, or referenced on the web site as "non-returnable".
  • Unfortunately, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Acceptable Reason for Return

  • Defective ProductsTRUCKED UP works diligently to source the highest quality products but from time to time defects occur.  Let us know and we will get a replacement to you as soon as possible!
  • Wrong Product: You accidently ordered the wrong part, we sent you the wrong part, or the part right part does not fit as expected.  Let us know immediately and we will get it replaced!
  • Damaged Product:  Our carriers do thier best but accidents do happen.  Please immediately photograph the packaging and the product.  Keep all packaging and call us right away.
  • Not The Right Look: We know taste is subjective!  If you set your parts on for a test (do not install) and it just isnt the right look, then let us know.  We will work with you to get the right part that hits the spot!

Return Procedure

  • START: Call us to start the process!  You will need your TRUCKED UP order number and your billing information.
  • Return Authorization:  Our team will work with you and generate a Return Authorization (RA) number for your return. Once this is processed we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions for sending your package.  Please note any items sent back to us without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will not be accepted.
  • Send It Back:  Package the product in its original packaging including all parts, accessories, tags, and documentation.
  • Refund or Replace: Once we receive the returned product we will issue a refund or send a replacement based on your preference.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@truckedup.us.
