Domestic Shipping
- Standard (5-8 Business Days)

Shipping Exclusions
- Custom made products require 7 - 10 Day manufacturing time.
- Out-of-stock items will require additional shipping times.
- Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer.
- We only ship to the lower 48 states and Alaska. Shipments to Alaska require a Carlisle My Connect account (https://www.carlile.biz/ship-to-alaska/)
Shipping Notices and Receipts
Most TRUCKED UP deliveries do not require a signature. However, based on safety, the carrier may impose a signature requirement in certain situations. Freight deliveries may also require a signature. Anyone signing must be over 18 years old.
Items Not Recieved or Missing Items
We hope is never happens! But, if it does please give us a call right away. In most cases it is a simple routing or addressing error and can be resolved in a couple days at most.
Damaged Items
TRUCKED UP takes great care in packaging your orders. However, in the case something arrives damaged please do the following:
- Call us right away but within 72 hours at most.
- Please carefully photograph all damage to the packaging and the product.
- Do not dispose of packaging material. This may be needed to file a cliam with the carrier.
- Your TRUCKED UP customer experience rep will intruct you how to re-package and return the damaged products.
- IMPORTANT: If a freight delivery comes damaged please kindly refuse delivery and DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. Call us immediately and we will work things out with the carrier.
